Gaining Access to Members Only
Access to the Members Only section of the website is limited to those visitors who have been approved to access the section. There is information maintained in this section relating to Board activities and finances of the Association, so it is imperative that this information not be made available to all visitors of the website.
Qualification Rule: To qualify for approval, the individual's name must appear on the Certificate of Membership on file in the office.
To get approval, submit a Sign-Up Request form. Once you have submitted your information, the system will confirm receipt of your request by sending you an email. Within 24 hours, your request will be reviewed, and a second email will be sent indicating whether your request has been approved or not.

Once you have been approved, there are two options to trigger the Log In window and give you access to the Members Only section.
-
Select the Login Bar in the upper right corner of the menu.
-
Select any page listed in the Members Only section, except this one.
Enter your email address and the password you created, and the system will allow you to display any Members Only page. If you don't remember your password, click the forgot password? option at the bottom of the page.

As with many things in life, all may not go as anticipated. If the system doesn't like what you've entered, the irritating and vague message "Invalid email/password combination" will be displayed. This message means one of three things:
-
The email address you entered is wrong. If it looks right, then move on to #2.
-
The password you entered is wrong. Even though it may look right, select forgot password? on the page and go through the steps to reset your password. The system will allow you to "change" it to the current password. These steps will eliminate the possibility the password was something other than what you thought it was. This will also test the accuracy of your email address.
-
The system doesn't think you are authorized. If this is the problem, there's nothing you can do, but ask, or scream, for help.

If the system is still not allowing you access, please complete and submit the following form. Response to your request will be made as quickly as possible.

Apologies for any inconvenience.
