Completely renovated when we purchased this in 2022 including paint, new floors, a new fridge and real leather sofa that extends the entire length of the living room. 1 bedroom that includes queen bed and then for other sleeping we use the couch (can fit two people but does not fold out) and air mattresses on the floor. You can fit a queen and single to sleep 3 if you choose.
